Job Description

Job Title: Sales Executive (IT Software Sales)

Company: Pushkal IT Solution

Location: Rau, indore, (MP)

Experience: Minimum 6 month


We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Executive to join our growing IT software company. The role involves generating leads through calling, understanding customer requirements, and offering suitable software or digital solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand customer business needs and requirements
  • Pitch and sell software solutions to potential clients
  • Coordinate with the technical team for customized solutions (Software / Website / Mobile App)
  • Maintain regular follow-ups and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Generate leads through calls and follow-ups


Requirements:

  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Basic understanding of sales and customer handling
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines


Salary Structure:

  • Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 per month
  • Performance-based Incentive: Up to ₹10,000 per month (based on sales performance)
