Job Description

  • Call assigned leads daily from CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Understand customer requirements (product, quantity, frequency, delivery location)
  • Explain Bulkmein’s offerings:
  • Bulk procurement (low MOQ)
  • Private labelling options
  • Product categories and pricing structure
  • Qualify leads and identify hot / warm / cold prospects
  • Schedule follow-up calls and reminders
  • Share leads with sales executives for order closure
  • Update call outcomes and notes accurately in the tracker
  • Coordinate with the sales team for quotations and samples
  • Follow basic sales scripts and improve pitch over time
