Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Understand customer needs and suggest suitable jewelry designs
Explain product details like gold, diamond, making charges, and offers
Handle billing and ensure proper documentation
Maintain showroom cleanliness and product display
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Build good relationships with customers for repeat business
Keep updated with latest jewelry trends and designs
Required Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of jewelry (gold, diamond, silver) preferred
Sales and convincing ability
Presentable and well-groomed personality
Basic computer knowledge (billing software, Excel)
