Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive client acquisition for our SEBI-registered investment advisory services. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in financial product sales.
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for client acquisition.
Generate quality leads through digital platforms, referrals, and outbound calling.
Explain investment advisory services to prospective clients professionally.
Convert leads into paid subscribers while maintaining high conversion rates.
Monitor daily sales activities and ensure team productivity.
Conduct sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the Research and Compliance teams for smooth client onboarding.
Ensure all sales activities comply with SEBI Investment Adviser Regulations and company policies.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports.
Handle customer objections and resolve escalations efficiently.
Achieve individual and team revenue targets.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Knowledge of Stock Market, Equity, Derivatives, Mutual Funds, and Investment Products.
CRM software knowledge.
MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint proficiency.
Target-oriented with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Qualification
Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
MBA (Marketing/Finance) preferred.
NISM certification is an added advantage.
