Position SummaryThe Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business for Elpis car accessories and car perfumes by visiting distributors, retailers, car accessory shops, detailing studios, workshops, and automobile dealers. The role requires achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and strengthening the Elpis brand in the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Visit distributors, retailers, car accessory stores, workshops, and detailing centers daily.
• Generate new business and appoint new dealers in the assigned territory.
• Promote Elpis car accessories and car perfumes through product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Increase secondary sales by ensuring regular retailer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ensure product availability and attractive product display at retail outlets.
• Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, promotions, and customer feedback.
• Submit daily call reports, expense statements, and weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the operations and logistics team for timely order execution.
• Support promotional activities, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
