Job Description
- Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and messages
- Understand customer needs and present suitable products/services
- Generate and qualify leads
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain customer records in CRM/software
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
- Support payment collection follow-ups
- Required Skills & Qualifications:Excellent communication skills
- Strong convincing and negotiation ability
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle rejection positively
- Good computer knowledge (Excel, email, CRM)
