हमारे शॉप के लिए सिर्फ अनुभवी फैब्रिक सेल्समैन चाहिए।
📌 शर्तें (Strict):
- 5–10 साल का अनुभव अनिवार्य
- अनुभव केवल टेक्सटाइल/फैब्रिक लाइन (साड़ी, सूट, ड्रेस मटेरियल) में होना चाहिए
- उम्मीदवार ने पहले साड़ी/सूट/फैब्रिक शॉप या शोरूम में काम किया हो
- बिना संबंधित अनुभव वाले अप्लाई न करें
📌 काम:
- ग्राहकों को आत्मविश्वास के साथ कपड़े दिखाना और बिक्री पूरी करना
- साड़ी, सूट, ड्रेस मटेरियल की वैरायटी सही तरीके से समझाना
- ग्राहक की जरूरत समझकर सही सुझाव देना और सेल बढ़ाना
- शॉप डिस्प्ले, व्यवस्था और ग्राहक संतुष्टि बनाए रखना
📌 ज़रूरी स्किल्स:
- साड़ी, सूट, ड्रेस मटेरियल और सभी प्रकार के फैब्रिक की पूरी जानकारी
- मजबूत कम्युनिकेशन और कन्विन्सिंग स्किल्स (सेल क्लोज करने की क्षमता)
- ग्राहकों को संभालने और रिलेशन बनाने की क्षमता
- भीड़/रश टाइम में भी तेज़ और प्रोफेशनल तरीके से काम करने की क्षमता
💰 सैलरी:
सैलरी उम्मीदवार के अनुभव, काम करने की क्षमता और कन्विन्सिंग/सेल क्लोजिंग स्किल्स के आधार पर तय होगी।
