Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide strategic and administrative support to senior management. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent client communication abilities, and a good understanding of marketing concepts. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities, prepare business reports, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and support business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive and administrative support to senior management.
- Prepare, analyze, and present business reports, dashboards, and MIS using Excel and other reporting tools.
- Collect, interpret, and analyze business data to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with clients, resolve queries, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
- Prepare presentations, business proposals, and management reports.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of projects.
- Maintain confidential records, documents, and business correspondence.
- Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
- Experience3–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Business Analyst, MIS Executive, or similar role.
- Experience in client handling and business coordination is mandatory.
- Experience in marketing support or business development will be preferred.

- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards)
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Good understanding of marketing principles and market research

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Power BI or Google Looker Studio will be an added advantage
