Summary:
As a Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and defining the cloud security framework and architecture to align with organizational business needs and performance objectives. This role includes thorough documentation of the implementation process for cloud security controls and overseeing the smooth transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within the cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to maintain alignment with strategic goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and enforcement of cloud security policies and standards to safeguard organizational assets.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive security strategies.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- Good To Have Skills: Security Architecture Design.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing security frameworks within cloud environments.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Familiarity with risk management processes and compliance standards relevant to cloud security.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC).
- This position is based at our Indore office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
