Job Description – Accountant

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing bills and vouchers, handling GST and TDS-related work, managing bank transactions, and assisting in monthly and annual financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and books of accounts.

Prepare and verify bills, vouchers, and invoices.

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.

Manage accounts payable and receivable.

Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in audits.

Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.

Coordinate with management for financial planning and budgeting.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.

Minimum 1–2 years of accounting experience (preferred).

Good knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.

Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation rules.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
