Role Purpose: The purpose of this role is to oversee and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of goods within a specific geographic region. This includes managing transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and ensuring efficient supply chain operations to meet customer demands while minimizing costs and maximizing productivity, focus on improving processes, coordinating with suppliers and distributors, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Roles and Responsibility:

• This role serves as the primary point of contact for operations and WST billing in the UP - Delhi NCR, Punjab, Himachal, J&K, and Haryana zones, specifically within the northern region
• The role encompasses the management of operations dispatch and the execution of SAP analysis, which involves responding to customer inquiries across various business sectors to improve service delivery and operational effectiveness & Collaboration with the COP teams from both the south and north regions is essential to ensure that the daily billing targets are met efficiently.

• We are seeking a qualified individual to take on this diverse role, which encompasses several essential responsibilities crucial for ensuring seamless operations. This includes managing B2B and B2C billing processes, overseeing the bill-to-ship-to billing system, and facilitating comprehensive communication throughout the order processing cycle, with a particular emphasis on B2B clients.
• The individual will oversee stock indent processes to maintain optimal inventory levels, with a strong emphasis on building and nurturing customer relationships that demand excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Furthermore, the candidate will coordinate with WST vendors to enhance supply chain efficiency and also manage the sales return of goods to ensure the SRN process runs smoothly.
• Regular stock assessments and audit involvements with DC teams to be performed to evaluate inventory status, and the candidate will also be tasked with handling billing processes and documentation to guarantee financial precision.
• Additionally, the individual will be responsible for distributing daily reports to all stakeholders, providing a comprehensive overview of operations and stock levels.

Requirements for Job (education or experience required to be able to perform this job):

Postgraduate in Operations Management (preferably from NITIE, IIM, SP Jain)

Should have worked in Logistics & Customer Operations

5+ years FMCG / distribution / planning / Operations experience
