• 🔧 Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation, testing, and commissioning of solar rooftop systems
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive servicing of solar plants
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring, and BOS components
• Handle on-site service visits and resolve customer complaints efficiently
• Ensure proper documentation of service reports and maintenance records
• Coordinate with the technical and sales team for project handovers
• Ensure safety standards and quality compliance at all sites
• 🎓 QualificationsDiploma / B.Tech / ITI in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
• Experience in solar installation or electrical service preferred
• 🌟 Preferred SkillsStrong knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and electrical wiring
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical layouts
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication skills for customer interaction
• Willingness to travel for site visits
