Job Description

We are hiring Solar Technicians to install, maintain, and troubleshoot rooftop solar systems. Candidates should have basic knowledge of electrical wiring, solar panel installation, and site work. Freshers with electrical backgrounds and experienced solar technicians are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Install solar panels, inverters, and electrical components
  • Perform wiring, testing, and system commissioning
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Follow safety standards during installation
  • Coordinate with site engineers and customers

Requirements:

  • ITI Electrician / Diploma / Electrical background preferred
  • Experience in solar installation is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to project sites
  • Basic knowledge of electrical systems
  • Immediate joiners preferred
