1. फूड स्टाल मैनेजर।

  • काम: स्टाल का पूरा मैनेजमेंट संभालना, ग्राहकों से बात करना और डेली सेल्स का हिसाब रखना।
  • योग्यता: बेसिक मोबाइल/कंप्यूटर की जानकारी और अच्छी बातचीत करने का तरीका।

2. डोसा शेफ / साउथ इंडियन कुक।

  • काम: क्रिस्पी डोसा, इडली, वड़ा और बेहतरीन सांभर-चटनी तैयार करना।
  • अनुभव: साउथ इंडियन कुकिंग में कम से कम 1-2 साल का अनुभव जरूरी है।
