We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Stock Market Specialist who can analyze market trends, provide investment guidance, and contribute to business growth through quality client support and market expertise.

The Stock Market Specialist will be responsible for analyzing financial markets, identifying investment opportunities, preparing research reports, and assisting clients with market-related queries. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, sound knowledge of equity and derivative markets, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain company products and services in a professional manner.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Follow up with interested customers regularly.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth customer onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Educational Qualifications

• Required SkillsExcellent communication skills in Hindi.
• Basic English communication is preferred.
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
• Good listening and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Eligibility

• Graduate in any discipline (Preferred).
• Undergraduate candidates with relevant experience may also apply.
• Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
