Set and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales and revenue targets. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions. Develop and implement sales strategies to improve lead conversion and revenue. Recruit, train, and mentor new team members. Monitor CRM activities and ensure timely follow-ups. Handle key client escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction. Prepare MIS reports and present team performance to management.
