Job Description
Hiring: Sales & Marketing Executive & Manager – RMC
Location: Indore
Job Responsibilities
- Generate business from builders, contractors, developers, and infrastructure projects
- Handle client meetings, site visits, quotations, and negotiations
- Achieve sales targets and maintain customer relationships
- Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery and payment collections
- Track market trends and upcoming projects
- Qualification BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Mandatory)
- MBA Marketing preferred
- Experience 2–8 years in RMC / Cement / Construction Material Sales
- Skills Required Strong technical understanding of construction materials
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Nagpur market preferred
- Target-oriented and self-driven candidate
