Summary:
As a Technology Strategy and Roadmap Architect, a typical day involves defining comprehensive technology transformation strategies and capabilities that guide the organization towards its future vision. This role includes designing detailed roadmaps that outline the steps necessary to reach the desired target state, encompassing various dimensions such as infrastructure, platforms, applications, data management, and business processes. The position requires a forward-thinking approach to align technology initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring a cohesive and strategic progression towards long-term objectives. Collaboration and continuous evaluation of evolving technology landscapes are integral to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and communication of technology roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of technology strategies across departments.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle CC&B Technical Architecture.
- Strong expertise in designing scalable and robust technology architectures.
- Experience in integrating infrastructure, platform, application, data, and process components into cohesive solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex technical environments and develop strategic transformation plans.
- Skilled in stakeholder engagement and managing cross-team collaboration to drive technology initiatives.

- This position is based at our Indore office.
