Telecaller / Business Development Executive (Female).

We are looking for a confident and professional Telecaller / Business Development Executive to connect with exporters, importers, CHA firms, freight forwarders, logistics companies, and international trade businesses across India.

The role involves generating qualified business leads, building relationships, and fixing meetings for our Specialized Insurance services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to exporters, importers, CHA firms, freight forwarders, logistics companies, and manufacturers.
• Introduce our marine cargo insurance and risk advisory services.
• Identify decision-makers (owners, export managers, logistics heads, finance managers).
• Qualify prospects and understand their shipping/export activities.
• Schedule appointments, Zoom calls, or follow-up discussions for senior advisors.
• Maintain daily call records, lead status, and follow-up notes in Excel/CRM.
• Follow up with warm leads through phone, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn Corporation.
• Build and maintain a database of export-oriented companies.
• Good in computers, internet, Ms office.
• Required SkillsExcellent Hindi and English communication.
• Confident phone presence.
• Ability to speak with senior business owners and managers.
• Basic knowledge of Excel, email, internet research.
• Experience in B2B calling preferred.
• Experience in insurance, logistics, export-import, banking, or finance is a strong advantage.
• Preferred CandidateFemale candidate.
• Age: 22–35 years (adjust if needed).
• Graduate preferred.
• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
• Comfortable making 80–150 outbound calls daily.
• Performance Targets100+ calls/day
• 15–20 qualified conversations/day
• 5–8 follow-ups/day
• 2–4 appointments/week
