JOB DESCRIPTION* :-

We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-driven Telecallers to join our admissions team. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing them with information about our courses and programs, and assisting them throughout the admission process.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :-

Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the given database.

Provide accurate information about courses, fees, eligibility, and admission process.

Follow up on leads through phone calls, messages, and emails.

Maintain proper records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.

Assist walk-in candidates when required.

Coordinate with the admissions and counseling team for closures.

Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and contribute to enrollment goals.

REQUIRMENTS :-

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)

Ability to handle queries professionally and patiently

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

QUALIFICATIONS :-

Graduation in any stream

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or counseling will be an advantage
