Job Title: Telecaller (Bank DSA Sales Executive)

Location: INDORE, Madhya Pradesh (Work from Office)

Job Summary:

We are seeking motivated Tele-callers to generate leads, pitch banking products over the phone, and convert inquiries into sales. This is a target-driven role offering uncapped incentives and career growth in the BFSI sector.


Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads/databases to promote bank loan products and credit cards.

• Handle inbound queries, explain product features, eligibility, interest rates, and EMI options.

• Achieve daily/weekly sales targets by qualifying leads, overcoming objections, and closing deals.

• Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth loan application processing.

• Comply with RBI guidelines, data privacy norms, and telemarketing regulations.


Requirements:

• HSC (12th pass) or Graduate; freshers welcome with strong communication skills.

• Fluency in Hindi and English (regional languages like Hindi dialects a plus).

• 0-1 year experience in telecalling, BPO, or sales preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication, persuasion skills, and a positive attitude.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

• Ability to work in shifts (including evenings/weekends) and meet high-volume call targets.
