- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients to explain stock advisory services
- Handle inbound calls and respond to client inquiries
- Generate leads and convert prospects into paid clients
- Explain subscription plans, pricing, and service benefits clearly
- Maintain daily call records and client data
- Follow up with interested clients regularly
- Coordinate with advisors and relationship managers
- Ensure all calls follow compliance and regulatory guidelines
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets
