- Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound calls with students and candidates
- Inform students about new and upcoming batches
- Invite interested candidates to visit the institute
- Explain course details, fees structure, and training programs
- Follow up with interested students regularly
- Maintain student database and call records
- Coordinate with the admissions team
- Provide proper guidance to students and parents
- Requirements Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- Good convincing and communication skills
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Freshers and experienced both can apply
