Job Description
A Stock Market Calling Executive drives revenue by contacting potential clients via telephone to sell trading/demat accounts, promote investment products, and provide market updates. They require strong communication skills to explain complex market trends, nurture leads, and meet sales targets. Common responsibilities include cold calling, managing CRM data, and activating dormant accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Sales: Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to sell stock market products (demat accounts, advisory services).
- Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of stock market basics, equity, and investment products.
- Client Education: Provide basic information about the stock market, trading products, and current market trends.
