Telecalling Executive

Job Title: Telecalling Executive (Tele calling)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves promoting and selling credit cards through telecalling, engaging with potential customers, explaining product benefits, and converting leads into successful applications in a professional and customer-friendly manner.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data

·       Explain credit card features, benefits, and ongoing offers clearly

·       Generate interest and convert leads into successful applications

·       Build and maintain strong customer relationships

·       Follow up with interested customers and referral leads

·       Maintain daily call records and update CRM systems

·       Ensure proper documentation and coordination for application approvals 

Requirements:

·       Minimum qualification: 10th pass or Graduate

·       Age: 18 to 35 years

·       Preferred Candidate: Suitable for female candidates

·       Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English

·       Strong convincing and negotiation skills

·       Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales (Freshers can apply)

·       Self-motivated with a positive attitude and sales-oriented mindset

·       Ability to handle customer objections politely and professionally 

Salary & Benefits:

·       Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
