Job Description

We are looking for a confident, result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers to offer motor insurance renewal solutions. The ideal candidate is a natural communicator who can turn a cold call into a warm lead by highlighting value and building trust.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calling: Proactively reach out to leads provided to offer insurance renewal services.
  • Lead Management: Effectively manage and update customer data in our tracking systems (Google Sheets/CRM).
  • Value Proposition: Clearly explain the benefits of insurance renewals, focusing on savings, coverage, and quick processing.
  • WhatsApp Marketing: Send follow-up quotes, policy details, and reminders via WhatsApp to prospects who are interested but need time to review.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet daily/weekly targets for call volumes and successful conversions.
  • Customer Relationship: Maintain a professional and helpful tone to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
