Job DescriptionRK Finance is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers/Telesales Executives to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, making outbound calls, following up with prospective clients, and assisting customers regarding vehicle loans, refinance, personal loans, and other financial products.

Key Responsibilities• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

• Follow up on generated leads and existing inquiries.

• Explain loan products and company services.

• Maintain proper customer records and follow-up schedules.

• Coordinate with sales and operations teams.

• Generate appointments and customer visits.

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

• Maintain professional communication with customers.

Candidate Requirements✔ Good communication skills in Hindi.

✔ Basic English understanding preferred.

✔ Comfortable speaking with customers over phone.

✔ Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).

✔ Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

✔ Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Eligibility• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Preferred
