We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecalling Sales Executive who can handle leads, build client relationships, and help convert inquiries into projects.

Responsibilities
Lead Management
Contact new leads generated through social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Understand client requirements and qualify leads.
Maintain lead records in CRM/Excel.
Sales & Follow-Up
Follow up with architects, interior designers, builders, and homeowners.
Schedule meetings and consultations.
Explain company services and project process.
Handle objections and build trust with prospects.
Ensure timely follow-ups until closure.
Client Coordination
Coordinate between clients and design team.
Maintain professional communication via Call, WhatsApp, and Email.
Reporting
Daily lead status reporting.
Weekly sales performance reports.
Update management on lead progress and client feedback.

Required Skills
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Comfortable speaking with clients over phone and WhatsApp.
Positive attitude and professional behavior.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Ability to work with sales targets.

Preferred Skills
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Real Estate, Interior Design, Architecture, or Customer Support.
Knowledge of CRM software is a plus.
Familiarity with Interior Design or Construction industry is an advantage.
