Job SummaryThe Kuber Group is looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented Tele Sales Executives to connect with potential customers over the phone, explain our products/services, and generate quality leads. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake 300+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
- Update customer details and call records in the CRM/system.
- Resolve basic customer queries and escalate issues when required.
- Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach during every interaction.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion and follow-ups.
- RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass (Graduates preferred).
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English is an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
