Job Description
A Telesales Executive drives company revenue by proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote, upsell, and sell products or services. Key duties include cold calling, managing client relationships, achieving, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and CRM skills to manage customer data and close deals in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Generation: Making high-volume outbound calls to prospective customers to identify needs, deliver sales pitches, and close deals.
- Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Lead Management: Following up on leads promptly and updating the CRM system with accurate, detailed records of customer interactions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products/services to answer queries, overcome objections, and provide solutions.
