Experience: 0–5 Years (Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply)

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Flipkart Account Manager to manage seller accounts, improve business performance, and provide excellent operational support. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub, e-commerce operations, and strong communication skills to work closely with sellers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support assigned Flipkart seller accounts.
• Monitor daily business performance, sales, and account health.
• Coordinate new seller onboarding and account activation.
• Create and optimize product listings.
• Manage catalog updates, pricing, and inventory.
• Plan and execute Flipkart promotions, deals, and campaigns.
• Manage Flipkart Ads campaigns and optimize performance.
• Analyze business reports and identify growth opportunities.
• Resolve seller issues by coordinating with Flipkart support.
• Ensure timely order processing and smooth operations.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Maintain regular communication with sellers and provide business recommendations.
• Assist sellers during major Flipkart sale events and promotional campaigns.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Basic understanding of e-commerce and online marketplaces.
• Ability to analyze sales data and prepare reports.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple seller accounts efficiently.
• Customer-focused approach with strong follow-up skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub is preferred.
• Knowledge of Flipkart Ads, catalog management, and seller support is an added advantage.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
