Required Skills:

Lathe Machine Operations
Fabrication Process
Laser Cutting Machine Knowledge
Production Planning & Scheduling
Shop Floor Supervision
Quality Inspection & Process Monitoring
Basic Drawing Reading (AutoCAD drawings preferred)
Team Handling & Manpower Management
Good Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
📌 Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily production activities and ensure production targets are achieved.
Monitor machine operations and workforce efficiency.
Coordinate with production, quality and stores departments.
Maintain product quality as per company standards.
Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
Monitor safety practices and maintain discipline on the shop floor.
Prepare daily production reports and update management.
Handle manpower allocation and resolve production-related issues.
Support continuous process improvement to increase productivity.

Experience in fabrication and manufacturing industries.
Responsible, self-motivated and capable of independently handling production activities.
