Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, from requirement gathering to shortlisting.

Source candidates through job portals (Monster, CareerBuilder, etc.), internal databases, and networking

Perform resume screening and initial candidate assessments

Conduct cold calling, mass mailing, and requirement sharing to build a strong talent pipeline

Negotiate hourly rates and annual compensation packages with candidates

Coordinate interviews between clients, vendors, and consultants

Prepare candidates for interviews and provide necessary guidance

Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the hiring process

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and clients

Participate in weekly meetings and provide recruitment status updates

Handle issue resolution, resource mapping, and process improvements

We are looking for candidates with very good English communication skills, any degree, any qualification is fine, passed out candidates are welcome, those who are studying they are also welcome. This will be a US Recruiter role / Night Shift with pick and drop facility for female staff.

Per month take home salary will be 15K during first 3 months, later based on performance and assessment it will be increased to 20K take home salary.

We have 15 jobs that we need to fill on immediate basis.
