Job Description
Key Job Responsibilities
Agent Recruitment: Hiring qualified, energetic individuals to become LIC agents.
Training & Mentoring: Training agents on new products, insurance policies, and effective sales techniques.
Sales Supervision: Motivating agents to achieve assigned sales quotas (targets).
Performance Analysis: Evaluating agent performance and assisting them in closing high-value sales.
Field Work: Significant field travel is involved to support agents, manage customer relations, and boost sales in the assigned jurisdiction.
