As we expand our footprint across Central India, we are looking for dynamic sales professionals to drive growth in Raipur and Indore.
Job OverviewWe are seeking goal-oriented Sales Executives who can take complete ownership of regional sales. In this role, you will focus on B2B project sales, identifying new business opportunities, and building relationships with key decision-makers to position Intenics as their preferred lighting partner.
- Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify and secure new business opportunities for our premium solar and electrical outdoor lighting range in the assigned region (Raipur or Indore).
- B2B Client Acquisition: Pitch to and build strong relationships with real estate developers, township builders, infrastructure companies, B2B distributors, architects, landscape designers, and government contractors (e.g., municipal/highway projects).
- Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Actively cold-call, visit sites, and follow up on architectural project leads to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Product Demos & Consultative Pitching: Understand project blueprints or lighting requirements, present technical layouts/catalogs, and explain our product superiority (long life, energy efficiency, in-house manufacturing control).
- Negotiation & Closure: Handle quotes, negotiate commercial terms, and close high-value project orders efficiently.
- Market Intelligence: Track ongoing construction, local town planning, and infrastructure projects in your territory to step in at the right design/procurement stage.
- Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1–4 years of proven field sales experience. Experience in B2B sales, construction materials, electrical goods, architectural lighting, or solar products is highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive pitching, and strong negotiation skills.
- Local Market Knowledge: Deep geographical understanding of the Raipur or Indore market, with a preference for candidates who already have an active local network of builders or contractors.
- Attributes: Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable handling independent field visits.
- Travel: Must own a vehicle and be willing to travel across the local region for client meetings and site visits.
