Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Track and monitor sales team activities and performance
  2. Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into orders
  3. Handle and resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues
  4. Maintain proper documentation and filing systems (physical & digital)
  5. Manage and track glass orders, including coordination with suppliers
  6. Supervise and coordinate factory staff and daily operations
  7. Oversee overall office operations and ensure smooth workflow
  8. Maintain and update records, reports, and data in Excel
  9. Prepare and manage challans, invoices, and related documents
  10. Coordinate between sales, factory, and management teams
  11. Monitor order status from production to dispatch
  12. Ensure timely communication with customers regarding updates
  13. Maintain stock and inventory records (if applicable)
  14. Support management in daily administrative tasks
  15. Ensure proper record-keeping and data accuracy
