Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure the achievement of business targets. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales operations, team performance, client relationships, and overall business development activities for real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue ManagementAchieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize bookings and revenue.
- Monitor daily sales activities and conversion ratios.
- Ensure timely closure of customer inquiries and leads.
- Team ManagementLead and manage Sales Team Leaders and Sales Executives.
- Conduct daily sales meetings and performance reviews.
- Train, motivate, and mentor team members to improve productivity.
- Monitor team attendance, discipline, and target achievement.
- Business DevelopmentIdentify new business opportunities and sales channels.
- Develop partnerships with brokers, channel partners, and referral networks.
- Create strategies to increase project visibility and lead generation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
- Customer Relationship ManagementHandle high-value client meetings and negotiations.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Resolve customer escalations and support the sales team in closures.
- Reporting & OperationsPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales performance and forecast future business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate sales data and MIS reports.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Good understanding of real estate sales processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- QualificationGraduate in any discipline.
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management preferred.
