Job Description

QSC Solutions is looking for energetic and result-oriented Collection Executives to join our team in Satna. The role involves interacting with customers, following up on overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesContact customers through phone calls and field visits (if required) regarding overdue payments.
  • Follow up regularly to recover outstanding dues within the assigned portfolio.
  • Negotiate repayment schedules as per company guidelines.
  • Update collection status, customer interactions, and payment commitments in the system.
  • Resolve customer queries related to payments and coordinate with internal teams when required.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during customer interactions.
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
