Position: Computer Operator (Male)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours

  • 11:45 AM to 12:30 AM
  • Weekly off as per company policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate daily data entry in company software and MS Excel.
  • Maintain customer records, invoices, and business reports.
  • Prepare and update daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
  • Handle billing and maintain proper documentation.
  • Manage official WhatsApp communication with customers and staff.
  • Verify data before saving or sharing to ensure accuracy.
  • Organize digital files and maintain proper records.
  • Coordinate with office staff for smooth daily operations.
  • Report any errors or discrepancies immediately to the management.
  • Follow company policies on confidentiality and data security.
