Customer Relationship Officer

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Officer to build and maintain strong relationships with customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to enhance customer engagement and business growth.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Provide accurate information about the company's products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
• Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer requests.
• Generate leads through customer referrals and follow-up activities.
• Assist in onboarding new customers and explaining company processes.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly customer interaction reports.
• Meet customer retention and satisfaction targets.
• Support sales and marketing initiatives whenever required.
