Job Description
Aditya Infotech is hiring an Experienced Hardware & Network Engineer to provide onsite IT support for government offices, corporate clients, schools, and businesses. The candidate must be technically skilled, customer-friendly, and capable of working independently.
- Repair and troubleshoot Desktop PCs and Laptops.
- Install and format Windows OS, drivers, and application software.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assemble and upgrade desktop computers.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and basic networking.
- Install and maintain printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Perform printer cartridge and toner refilling (Laser & Inkjet) and basic printer servicing.
- Install antivirus, Microsoft Office, and other required software.
- Provide onsite technical support and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely completion of assigned calls.
