Job Description
Job Purpose
Lead the HR function for driving people strategy, industrial relations, statutory compliance, talent development, workforce planning & organizational effectiveness. The role will act as a strategic business partner to plant leadership
To manage and oversee all Human Resource functions including recruitment, employee relations, statutory compliance, payroll coordination, training, performance management, industrial relations, contract labor management, and administrative activities to ensure smooth operation of the ethanol manufacturing facility.
