Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and hardworking Office Boy/Peon to support the daily operations of the office. The candidate should be punctual, organized, and willing to perform general office duties.

• Key Responsibilities:Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.
• Purchase office supplies and pantry items as instructed.
• Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
• Ensure office equipment and supplies are properly arranged.
• Open and close the office as assigned.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass.
• Basic reading and writing skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and trustworthy.
• Physically fit and able to perform routine office tasks.
• Good communication and polite behavior.
• Prior experience is preferred but not mandatory.
