We are dedicated to implementing impactful training and skill development programs under various Central & State Government initiatives, Sector Skill Councils (SSCs), and sponsoring agencies to empower youth and bridge the skill gap across India.

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic, organized, and result-oriented Project Coordinators to oversee and drive the execution of FoSTaC (Food Safety Training and Certification) training projects across Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end on-ground coordination, trainer logistics, trainee documentation, and compliance with food safety training standards.

Key Responsibilities

• FoSTaC Project Execution: Manage day-to-day operations, batch scheduling, and ground-level execution of FoSTaC training programs in assigned locations across MP.
• Trainer & Venue Logistics: Coordinate trainer schedules, travel, and guest house/accommodation arrangements. Ensure training venues are fully equipped with required training materials and infrastructure.
• Trainee Mobilization & Coordination: Coordinate with participants/trainees from the catering, hospitality, or food business sectors, manage daily attendance, and ensure smooth batch completion.
• Documentation & Assessment Compliance: Collect and verify mandatory trainee documents, maintain accurate data trackers, and coordinate assessment compliance as per FoSTaC/FSSAI norms.
• Travel & Monitoring: Travel extensively across different locations and training centers within Madhya Pradesh for center setup, physical monitoring, and seamless execution of training sessions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduation in any stream (Candidates with a background in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Food Technology, or Social Work will have an added advantage).
• Experience: 1–2 years preferred in the skill development or training sector. Experience handling hospitality, catering, or FoSTaC initiatives is a strong plus.

• Freshers with exceptional communication, multi-tasking, and coordination skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) or Google Sheets for compiling daily/weekly training reports.
• Communication: Strong command over Hindi and professional communication skills in English.

Compensation & Job Details

• Position: Project Coordinator (FoSTaC Training Project)
• Openings: 3 Positions
• Location: Madhya Pradesh (Requires travel across assigned districts)
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and expertise) + Travel Allowances as per company policy.
