MedPlus Health Services Limited is hiring for Business Development Executive .


Work Location: Jabalpur, MadhyPradesh


Eligibility:


Any Graduate

1 to 5 years experience

Relevant experience in property sourcing / land acquisition / leasing


Salary: Up to 15% hike on current CTC


Job Responsibilities:


Finalizing new shop locations

Property sourcing & leasing

Rent negotiation

Agreement/documentation handling

Field visits

Follow-up and tracking


Skills Required:


Good communication

Negotiation skills

Willing to travel

Local language knowledge

Geographical awareness
