*फर्नीचर फैक्ट्री के लिए क्वालिटी मैनेजर की आवश्यकता है।*

*1. टेक्निकल नॉलेज*
- *लकड़ी की पहचान*: सागवान, शीशम, MDF, प्लाई, पार्टिकल बोर्ड में फर्क पता हो
- *फर्नीचर जॉइंट्स*: डोवेटेल, मॉर्टिस-टेनन, स्क्रू जॉइंट की क्वालिटी चेक करना
- *फिनिशिंग*: पॉलिश, लैकर, PU, ड्यूको - कहां क्या दिक्कत है तुरंत पकड़ ले।

- *माप-जोख*: ड्राइंग/डिजाइन के हिसाब से 1-2mm का फर्क भी पकड़ना
*2. प्रोसेस और चेकिंग*।
- *इनकमिंग QC*: कच्चा माल आते ही चेक - लकड़ी में नमी, गांठ, कीड़ा।

- *इन-प्रोसेस QC*: कटिंग, असेंबली, सैंडिंग हर स्टेज पर चेक
- *फाइनल QC*: पैकिंग से पहले फाइनल इंस्पेक्शन
*3. लीडरशिप और कम्युनिकेशन*
- *टीम हैंडलिंग*: कारपेंटर, पॉलिशर, पैकिंग वाले को गाइड कर सके।

- *रिपोर्टिंग*: रोज का रिजेक्शन %, कारण, सुधार का प्लान बना सके।

- *क्लाइंट से बात*: अगर कस्टमर कंप्लेन करे तो उसे हैंडल कर सके-
*4. जरूरी टूल्स की जानकारी*।
वर्नियर कैलिपर, मॉइस्चर मीटर, स्केल, लाइट मीटर चलाना आता हो।
डिफेक्ट को फोटो + नोट के साथ डॉक्यूमेंट कर सके
*5. पर्सनालिटी*।
- छोटी स्क्रैच, कलर का फर्क, लेवल का टेढ़ापन पकड़ ले।।
*एक्सपीरियंस*
*3-5 साल फर्नीचर इंडस्ट्री* में QC का अनुभव
फ्रेशर चलेगा अगर इंजीनियरिंग/डिप्लोमा + लकड़ी का काम समझता हो
लकड़ी, फिनिशिंग और टीम हैंडलिंग का अनुभव जरूरी।
