Sales Manager

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Ayutri Executive to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for re-engaging abandoned customers, nurturing existing repeat buyers, and driving online sales through calls and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reach out to abandoned/drop-off customers via phone calls and chat to understand their concerns and convert them into successful orders
• Engage with existing repeat customers to encourage repeat purchases, upsell, and cross-sell Ayutri products
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing a personalized and helpful experience
• Handle customer queries, resolve objections, and guide them through the purchase process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups in CRM/tracking tools
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets through proactive outreach
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Collect feedback from customers to improve the overall buying experience

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and/or English (spoken and written)
• Prior experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship management preferred
• Comfortable working on calls, WhatsApp, and live chat platforms
• Target-driven with a positive and persuasive attitude
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
