Aim Technologies is hiring a dedicated Service Engineer with an ITI background to handle installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment. The role requires technical skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and commission equipment at client sites
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot technical issues
- Provide on-site and remote service support
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with the sales and technical team
Requirements:
- ITI (relevant technical trade)
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems
- Willingness to travel
