Job Description
We are looking for passionate and knowledgeable Online Teachers for our EdTech platform to teach English, Maths, Reasoning, and General Knowledge (GK) to students preparing for competitive exams / school curriculum. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, excellent communication skills, and the confidence to teach on camera in an engaging, easy-to-understand manner.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver live and recorded online classes on English, Maths, Reasoning, or GK
- Explain concepts in a simple, structured, and student-friendly manner
- Prepare lesson plans, notes, quizzes, and practice questions
- Interact confidently with students on camera, maintaining energy and engagement throughout the session
- Resolve student doubts during and after live sessions
- Track student progress and provide feedback where required
- Stay updated with the latest exam patterns, syllabus, and question trends
- Collaborate with the content and academic team to improve teaching material
- Required Skills & QualificationsGraduate/Postgraduate in relevant subject (English / Maths / relevant discipline)
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience (online teaching experience preferred)
- Strong command over the subject with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Camera-friendly personality — confident, expressive, and comfortable being on video
- Clear voice, good pronunciation, and fluent communication (Hindi + English both preferred)
- Prior experience with online teaching tools (Zoom, Google Meet, digital whiteboard, LMS platforms, etc.)
- Basic tech skills to handle online class setup (mic, camera, internet troubleshooting)
- Punctual, disciplined, and passionate about teaching
- Good to HaveExperience teaching for competitive exams (SSC, Banking, Railways, State PSC, etc., as applicable)
- Content creation experience (making PPTs, notes, video lectures)
- A YouTube channel or past online teaching videos as a portfolio
