Job Description
Hamein ek aise Sales Executive ki talaash hai jo stock market mein dilchaspi rakhta ho aur naye clients ko hamare trading platform se jod sake. Aapka main goal naye Demat accounts khulwana aur clients ko market trading ke liye guide karna hoga.
● Key Responsibilities (Zimmedariyan)
Client Acquisition: Naye clients ko approach karna aur unka Demat & Trading Account open karwana.
Product Pitching: Clients ko Equity, Derivatives (F&O), Commodities, aur Currency trading ke baare mein samjhana.
Lead Conversion: Diye gaye leads par call karke unhe active traders mein convert karna.
Market Updates: Clients ko rozana market ke trends, stocks aur research reports ke baare mein update dena.
Cross-selling: Trading ke saath-saath Mutual Funds, SIP, aur IPOs jaise products bhi offer karna.
Compliance: KYC process aur SEBI ke rules ka sakhti se palan karna.
● Requirements & Skills (Zaroori Qualities)
Education: Graduation (Commerce/Finance background ko preference).
Market Knowledge: Stock market ki basic jankari (Nifty, Sensex, Bull/Bear market kya hota hai).
Soft Skills: Convincing power aur phone par acche se baat karne ki Skill.
● Training: 3 to 5 Days Free Training on Sales pitching Script & "Free training on Technical and Fundamental analysis."
● Salary : ₹9,000 - ₹15,000 per month + Uncapped Incentives.
Remuneration: Competitive Fixed Salary + Performance-based Incentives + Conveyance Allowance.
Note: Top performers can earn incentives up to double their basic salary.
